GESHER Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yohei Harada; hereinafter "GESHER") has become a corporate sponsor, resonating with the vision of the Japanese youth participants in the 49th "Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program" (hereinafter SSEAYP), organized by the Cabinet Office. As part of this sponsorship, our multinational employees were in charge of designing and providing items such as apparel and bags.

Background: Resonance between GESHER’s MVV and the vision of Japanese youth participants
In January 2026, GESHER formulated a new MVV that articulates its unique organizational culture, "The Tsumiki Way." Our vision, "International 2.0," aims for a society that does not erase boundaries but respects the individuality they create, connecting them to generate greater value.
This philosophy of "connection over unification" deeply resonates with the vision of the 49th Japanese youth delegation: "A society where everyone is respected and can bridge differences to come together." Based on the spirit of "TSUMIKI"—combining pieces of different shapes and colors to build a strong structure—we believe that supporting SSEAYP activities, where youth from diverse backgrounds deepen their bonds through discussion, is an embodiment of the promise (Mission) GESHER makes to society.
Support Details: Design cooperation and item provision by American and Vietnamese employees
Through this sponsorship, Adrian Luna, a senior designer from the United States, and Dzung Nguyen, a marketing manager from Vietnam, both members of GESHER, designed and produced T-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags.
Under our mission, "With diversity at our core, we build bridges across borders to shape the future of people and business," we aim to visualize the identity of the Japanese delegation through the power of design, helping to promote interaction with youth from ASEAN countries and local dignitaries.

Significance and Future Outlook
Through Koji Arie, our Head of Corporate Marketing who is participating as a Japanese National Leader, we will build a strong network with the Cabinet Office, government agencies of ASEAN countries, and the youth who will lead the future of ASEAN. GESHER will continue to pursue new forms of organization that connect Japan and the world as a company that values international talent, diversity, and social contribution.
