Service Flow

1. Requirements Definition & Proposal

We conduct detailed interviews to understand your objectives, target markets, technologies, company stage (funding round), and key characteristics, and then define the sourcing theme. The sourcing theme can be adjusted at any point during the project.

2. Desktop Research

Based on the defined requirements, we research markets and companies to create a highly targeted shortlist.
Our information sources include:
・Internal and external databases
・Social media
・Articles, news, and press releases
・AI-powered analysis

3. Research Report

We present the research results and ask you to evaluate your level of interest in each target company. For companies of interest, we promptly begin outreach and arrange interview appointments.

4. Interview Research

Through interviews, we gather detailed insights that cannot be obtained from public information, gaining a deeper understanding of services, products, business models, and the company’s interest in potential alliances.

5. Partnership Evaluation

Acting as a communication bridge, we share concrete collaboration ideas and potential synergies with candidate partners, clearly presenting strategic value and guiding discussions toward positive alignment.

6. Alliance Strategy Development

From the second meeting onward, we initiate discussions on specific alliance structures and develop mutually agreeable partnership proposals.

7. PoC Planning

To validate alliance feasibility, we first support the development of a Proof of Concept (PoC) and assess its effectiveness. Based on the results, we advise on whether to proceed with a full-scale alliance.

8. Final Decision

We support the final decision on forming an alliance with the selected startup and provide comprehensive assistance throughout the agreement process, including negotiations and conditions.

9. Contract Execution & Collaboration Launch

Even after the collaboration begins, we can continue to provide ongoing support as needed. Additional services will be quoted separately based on scope.

10. Collaboration Execution Support

We provide hands-on support as a bridge to overseas partners, including platform administration, onboarding, and operational assistance.

Fee Structure

Monthly retainer or one-time fee (for spot contracts)

Short-term spot contracts: 1–2 months
Long-term contracts: 6 months to 1 year

We will prepare a quotation after confirming your requirements.
※Depending on your requirements (industry, region, company size, technology, special qualifications, etc.), we provide a sourcing list of approximately 5–10 companies per month.
