Originally from Myanmar, Su graduated from the University of Yangon before moving to Japan in 2022, where she earned a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Political Science at Waseda University. She currently leads the design and continuous improvement of GESHER STATION, GESHER’s in-house digital product that supports operational efficiency across the company. Her work spans product strategy, UX/UI design, user research, and prototyping. When she first joined GESHER, she worked on market research across technology, finance, and environmental sustainability. Drawing on this experience, she now contributes to product development by bridging business, technology, and design.
