Yohei Harada / 原田洋平

Founder & CEO

Experienced in handling digital advertising for financial marketing industry at Digital Garage.  With the vision of “Be the world bridge”, Yohei founded GESHER group after leaving DG.  Yohei has acquired comprehensive knowledge to the culture and the business ecology of Israel. Yohei graduated in Babson College Entrepreneurship Executive Program. He is closely connected with Israel and has vast knowledge of Israel.

　Yoshitaka Nakajima / 中島義貴

Nakajima joined Digital Information Technology (former Toyo Computer System) in 2000 as a new graduate. Participated in the establishment of the advanced technology laboratory and the development of large-scale Java systems, mainly in logistics and financial systems.He later started his own business as a sole proprietor, focusing on developing Web services for C, social game, medical services, and travel services (Taiwan). He then joined GMO Media in 2012, responsible for launching the internet advertising business and system management. As a Scrum master, he also introduced the Agile development. After that, he retired and established En-Design Tech Co., Ltd. in 2019 as CTO. Since 2020, he participated as the technical manager of Gesher.

Christoffer Larsson

GESHER Global Consultant

After graduating from the Royal Institute of Technology Computer Science department, Larsson entered the School of Science for Open and Environmental Systems at Keio University’s Graduate School.After graduating he joined Panasonic System Networks as a System Engineer, where he performed data analysis, setup and inspection of electronic devices among other tasks. Afterwards, to fulfill his wish to work within education he took a position as an English teacher at a private Junior and Senior High school. Even though he found education fun, technology keeps progressing, the same in his native country Sweden, and he decided to challenge himself and work within the IT industry again. For that reason, he decided to work for Gesher as a global consultant.

Ken Harada / 原田健

Special Advisor

Ken was former senior trade advisor of Economic Department, Embassy of Israel in Japan and the director of the Israel Trade Office – West Japan; and has devoted fully in establishing network between Israel and Japan.Since 2013, Ken has over 15-years experience in supporting and coordinating the technical visits of Japan Business Federation towards Israeli countries. Ken has vast connections and knowledge in Israel enterprises, governmental parties and investors over past 2 decades. Ken is now being the board director of Japan Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry (West Japan Division), and he joined GESHER Group as special advisor since 2020 February.

Taiga Yamaguchi / 山口大雅

Consultant, Manager, GESHER MARKETING

Taiga graduated in the literature course of St.Paul’s University. Before joining GESHER, Taiga has been the marketing consultant of Digital Garage and has participated in many top-scale advertising campaigns in the field of cosmetics, health food, educational materials and mobile application. He is an expert in full-funnel marketing for mobile applications.

Wong Chi Wai Kata / 黄　志偉

G・GM Global Consultant

Kata is master-graduated in the University of Hong Kong, majoring in the Building Services Engineering. Upon graduation, Kata worked as engineer in AECOM (Hong Kong Branch) and has gained experience in engineering consultancy service.Since 2015, Kata has moved to Japan and has devoted himself in promoting Niigata tourism and establishing trading network between Japanese and Hong Kong firms. Since 2017, Kata has engaged in different international promotion campaigns and experienced in vast industry fields.

Hayato Ikegami / 池上隼人

General Manager, Corporate Headquarters

Hayato has joined EC Navi Inc. (now VOYAGE GROUP) in 2006. Hayato has become one of the founding members in Samurai Incubate since 2008, after enrolling as the CS Team Leader of Research Panel Inc. Later, he has been in-charge of business developments and back-office operations including business sales, accounting and human resources.From 2012, Hayato has become the executive director COO of the company, focusing on business strategy and planning. With gaining full experience in data-science field, he has joined GESHER Group for new challenge.
