CEO Message

GESHER is the Hebrew language, the first language of Israel, meaning a bridge. I wanted to start a business with the keyword of bridging the world, so I named it GESHER from the first language of Israel, which was a country close to my family and me.

We are always one step ahead and are developing three businesses with the aim of providing a world one step ahead.
It is sometimes said that there are many businesses for a venture company,
The business concepts are all the same “one step ahead”, “global business” and “all employees are curious”.

In running a business, I value the idea of global management. The word “earthling management” itself was borrowed from the word “earthling” that my uncle used in various speeches.

The earthling management that I mean is not only good for the three sides but also good for the earth, and if it is a human resource that suits us regardless of nationality or gender, we will hire people from all over the world, and businesses that do not have much merit for the earth It is to refrain from it.

In an educational book co-edited when my grandfather was a university professor, it was written that global should be considered from the issues of human interests and global interests.
Those who have been seriously facing the global world for more than 30 years have understood and conveyed this idea as the original form, while the global business in the present world is
I feel that it is often regarded as only expanding the market size.

Based on the idea of global management, we continue to grow and create a company that makes us happy to have GESHER from all over the world. We look forward to your continued support and cooperation.
