GESHER Co., Ltd., founded in 2018, changed its trade name to GESHER MARKETING Co., Ltd. and established a new GESHER Co., Ltd. in January 2020. Former GESHER Co., Ltd. (currently GESHER MARKETING Co., Ltd.) had some digital marketing rep business, but it was spun off in strategy and became a wholly owned subsidiary of GESHER Co., Ltd. GESHER Co., Ltd. is committed to the global bridge business including Israel, and GESHER MARKETING Co., Ltd. supports advertising agencies and advertisers, mainly in the global digital marketing rep business.

<3. Appointed As Special Advisor >
As of February 5, 2020, Mr. Ken Harada, Former Senior Commerce Officer of the Economic Department of the Embassy of Israel and Former Director of the Israel Trade Office of Western Japan, participated as Special Advisor to GESHER Co., Ltd. Former Samurai Incubate COO Ikegami, who was a former advisor, joined the Group and will build corporate divisions and management strategies together.
